Bonus and Promotion Rules
These rules apply to every Victoria Casino player who takes a bonus, free spins, a prize game entry or a Victoria Rewards benefit. They start when you opt in and stay in effect until the bonus is converted, fully used, forfeited or expires.
General rules
1.1 Bonuses are part of the game, not a source of income. Play them for fun.
1.2 Every offer has its own details page. Those details and these rules apply together. If they conflict, the offer details win for that offer.
1.3 Offers may differ by province. If an offer is not shown to you, it is not open to you.
1.4 Our Terms & Conditions also apply to every promotion.
Opting in
2.1 Bonuses are never added without your choice. Tick the offer at the cashier or claim it on the promotions page.
2.2 You need to opt in before depositing. Deposits made before opting in cannot qualify afterwards.
2.3 Every bonus is optional; you may refuse it and play with cash alone.
2.4 Our free prize game runs each day. No deposit required. Just log in and take your turn.
Maximum conversion
3.1 Some offers cap how much bonus money can turn into cash. Any cap appears in the offer details before you accept.
3.2 On conversion, any amount over a stated cap is removed.
Wagering
4.1 Wagering means the full amount you must bet before bonus money turns into real, withdrawable funds.
4.2 Our welcome bonus needs 1x wagering on bonus funds. Bet the bonus amount once on eligible games and it converts.
4.3 Game contributions vary by type:
- Slots: 100%
- Video poker: 50%
- Table games (RNG): 10%
- Live dealer games: 0%
4.4 This means slot bets count in full, video poker bets count at half, and live game bets do not count at all.
4.5 You can track your progress in your account, under the bonus section.
Bonus limit: one active
5.1 Only one bonus can be active on your account at any time.
5.2 Another offer can begin after the current bonus is converted, forfeited or expired.
5.3 You can forfeit a running bonus from your account. Bonus funds and bonus wins tied to it are removed. Your own cash stays.
Maximum bet
6.1 Some offers set a stake cap per spin or hand until wagering is complete. Any cap appears in the offer details.
6.2 Stakes over a stated maximum are excluded from wagering, and any winnings from them may be voided.
Who can take part
7.1 Open to verified players in Canada aged 19 or over, where permitted by local law.
7.2 The welcome bonus is a one-time offer, limited to a single claim per person, household, device and payment method.
7.3 Offers are not available to self-excluded players or players taking a cooling-off break. All promotions stay paused until the break is over.
7.4 We can withhold offers from any account where we have a fair reason, such as a safer gambling concern.
Bonus abuse
8.1 The following counts as abuse:
- opening extra accounts to claim one offer repeatedly;
- working with other players to share or shift bonus value between accounts;
- low risk betting patterns that cover both sides of an outcome;
- qualifying with someone else's payment method;
- exploiting a technical fault in an offer.
8.2 If we find abuse, the bonus and all winnings from it are cancelled, and the account may be closed. Your own deposits are refunded unless the law requires us to hold them.
Welcome offer
9.1 Welcome Bonus with Just 1x Wagering in 7 Days.

Expiry
10.1 The welcome bonus gives you 7 days from credit to complete 1x wagering.
10.2 Once the time limit passes, any bonus funds not yet converted, along with winnings linked to them, are taken off your balance. Your own cash is not affected.
10.3 Other offers list their own deadlines in their details.
Changes
11.1 An offer may be amended or withdrawn for new claims at any time.
11.2 Already in a bonus when a change happens? It stays under the terms that applied on the day you joined it.
